Every time you shower, you must remove all the pieces of hair and soap build up in the drain cover in your shower. This will help keep the amount of material that goes into the drain to a minimum.
After a bath or shower is dry, pour 1 / 2 cup of baking soda down the drain. Pour slowly so that goes to the drain opening, instead of accumulating on top of the manhole.
Pour 2 cups of the next plain, white vinegar down the drain. The combination of vinegar and baking soda to cause a harmless chemical reaction, which loosen the waste materials are locked in, allowing them to move freely down the tubes.
After the baking soda and vinegar mixture ceased to foam, let cold water run down your drain for 5 minutes.

It 'hard to get clean, if the shower is spewing nastiness you. Remove the shower head against the wall. Fill the bowl with the vinegar straight on the shower and let it soak for a couple of hours. Let stand, if it is particularly serious. Then scrub the holes with a toothbrush. If the holes are still clogged, or green, use a toothpick or pin to clean out. Rinse well and put the shower head back to where it belongs.
Clean the drain. This is probably the worst part of the process, especially if you have long hair. Take a garbage can or a plastic bag. Then unscrew the drain plug on your or just come in the style of your drain. Using a large hook or clip or clothespin (if you must) your fingers, hair out and throw it quickly. Yuck!
